Wiener Wonderland provides pet services, day care and boarding for dachshunds and their friends in our private residence in Lake Balboa, CA.
At Wiener Wonderland, our business is the safe care of our boarders. We discourage jumping and other activities that could cause injury. To eliminate any squabbling over food, we crate our dachshunds during mealtimes and discourage unwanted behavior with a squirt from the water bottle. We use positive reinforcement for training and behavior modification.
Since 2004, Tamar Love Grande has fostered more than 200 dachshunds for Southern California Dachshund Rescue. Our boarding business, which we began in 2005, helps fund our dachshund rescue efforts. Our qualifications include:
- Pet First Aid & CPR Training
- City of Los Angeles Business License
- Dishonesty Bond
- Kennel Insurance
- Active membership in Pet Sitters International
